Expected use:
The CoV-19 RNA Detection Kit (PCR_ PCR-Fluorescence Probing) is used for qualitative in vitro tests detection of genes (2019-nCoV) ORF1ab and N in pharyngeal smears, sputum samples from patients with suspected pneumonia infected by the new coronavirus, suspected clustering cases and others who need a diagnosis or differential diagnosis for the new coronavirus.
